·                 All rates are per person, based on double occupancy, including all misc. cruise fees & government fees.

·                 Group insurance is $77.00 per person payable by check only to Palmer Ranch Travel, & must be paid within 14-days from deposit to cover pre-existing conditions. Group insurance is fully refundable if canceled before final payment date.

·                 Fuel surcharges, government, & port fees are all subject to change

·                 It is mandatory that all passengers have a valid U.S. passport

         

Deposit:                      $250.00 per person due @ time of booking.

Insurance is not included, but we highly recommend it in case of last minute cancellation.

 

Documentation Requirements:

U.S. & Canadian citizens must carry a valid passport.  A driver’s license or Social Security card are not acceptable as proof of citizenship.  Aliens who are permanent residents must have their Alien Registration card and passport.  All other non-U.S. passengers should contact their respective embassies or immigrations for applicable regulations.

Palmer Ranch Travel acts as an agent for the tour operators, cruise lines, airlines and suppliers providing transportation, sightseeing, hotel accommodations and all other services rendered by independent contractors of Palmer Ranch Travel.  All coupons, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers.  By utilizing the services of the suppliers, you agree that Palmer Ranch Travel shall not be liable for accidents, loss, injury, detention, annoyance, delays and expenses arising from same, government strikes, failure of motorboat to arrive on time or depart as scheduled, quarantine restrictions or regulations, discontinuances or changes in transit, and other causes over which we have no control.  All travel documents as well as compliance with customs, immigration and health regulations are your responsibility where applicable.  Complete terms and conditions are available upon request from each supplier and are printed in their current brochures.
