We moved to Venice when I had 1 year of school left. It was a tough time. Shannon was a good friend and had strong faith. Everything went well for me at Venice High. Ron Furman

I had alot of fun playing basketball with Shannon. He was better than I was at the game.  He was better than most people in many ways.  He was an unfailingly kindhearted and softspoken man and it was an honor to call him a friend.
